I’m an experienced business leader with a passion for building innovative products and services by harnessing the power of digital marketing, eCommerce, data and people.
I’ve played a major role in significantly growing businesses at top global brands (American Express, Amazon) across multiple industries. These businesses have largely been built around subscription models via eCommerce, which I believe will continue to proliferate. I’m at my best when developing and managing new products and strategies, cracking the code on customer needs and lifetime value, and using tech as a catalyst. While I enjoy working on the most promising new technologies – as evidenced by my 18 patents – I’m a business person first, channeling technology to create new opportunities and generate new value for both customers and companies. Additionally, my strong affinity for psychology has been instrumental to my success – be it managing teams & relationships or displaying the customer empathy critical to developing great products.
I have been awarded 18 US patents focused on media, personalization, data, and machine-to-machine communication, and received my MBA with honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and has a BA in Psychology from Haverford College.
But most importantly, nothing lights up my day more brightly than my wonderful and amazing son.
